Product Description
Sintered layers from AEET are preferred in electrolysis applications due to an ultra-smooth design resulting in improved catalyst utilization and extended stack lifetime. Using proprietary design and manufacturing techniques, AEET sintered layers are manufactured from sintered powder metal allowing for outstanding mechanical strength without compromising on performance.

For customers working on electrolysis applications, such as hydrogen generation, AEET supplies titanium porous transport layers as thin as 0.2mm, often referred to as titanium sheets, resulting in lower oxidation rates, smaller footprints, and better resistance to bending and cracking.  

High-quality sintered layers, such as those manufactured using a titanium-sintered porous sheet method, play a crucial role in determining the performance of your anode.  For use in high-performance electrolysis, we recommend using Mott's thin titanium sinters, a type of porous transport layer, in combination with thin, compatible membranes.
