Sintered Metal Mesh Porous Materials and Its Filter Elements. The clean coal technique is an important measure for fully utilizing coal resources, improving the combustion coefficient, and reducing environmental pollution. Clean synthetic gas can be generated by advanced SCGP, which is used in the power generation, chemical, and fertilizer industries. In the SCGP, large-size porous cones/tubes are required as the distributors and deliver with fluidization, so they need high permeability to prevent coal powder/fly ash penetration and better strength to resist the gas flow impact and pressure. Because of their higher strength and random winding channel, the sintered metal powder porous materials are suitable for fluid distribution and fluidization delivery.
