Sintered Metal Mesh Porous Materials and Its Filter Elements
Multi-layers of metal woven mesh use a unique lamination design and vacuum press sintering.
 

A simple structure characterizes sintered metal mesh porous material, even mesh aperture distribution as ordinary metal woven mesh, but with high strength, good integrity, and stable and rigid mesh shape. Further, AEET can customize its pore size, permeability, and mechanical strength, which show excellent comprehensive performance.

Sintered mesh filter cartridges are cylindrical-shaped filter elements predominantly employed in cartridge filters. Sintered mesh filter cartridges utilize sintered wire mesh as the primary filter medium. Perforated metal or wedge wire tubes sometimes reinforce the sintered mesh filter cartridges for high-pressure and demanding working conditions.
