Overview:
It is a filtering material constituted by metal wire mesh and powdered metal. Features: The product possesses high-temperature resistance, high precision and flux, and low drag drop.

High flux metal filter bag is a filter product developed to solve the ultra-low and ultra-net emission of high-temperature flue gas in modern industry.  It can be used in steel, cement, glass, non-ferrous metallurgy, waste incineration, and other industries that use high-temperature dust removal systems.
 

Main Features

Porous materials for ultra-ow emission are widely used for purification treatment of various high-temperature and low-temperature industrial gases, dust removal of fuel gases, and other fields.

Application scenarios: The product is applicable to high-precision and high-flux gas filtration and purification in a high-temperature environment. It serves as the optimal alternative filter, boasting the advantage of high-temperature operation in areas such as non-ferrous metallurgy, steel smelting, rotary kilns, the water treatment industry, dust removal of coal-fired boilers in thermal power plants, high-temperature flue gas purification in the coal chemical industry, waste incineration, etc.

Typical applications: The product has been successfully utilized in dust removal following a high-temperature alumina kiln, with an initial pressure differential of 500Pa and an accumulative running time exceeding 42 months. The emission is less than 5mg/Nm³ after filtration.
